سنن نسائی · Hadith 5177
It was narrated from ‘Abdur binan bin Tarafah, from Afajah bin As’ad bin Karib, who has his grandfather — saying that he saw his grandfather, and he said: “His nose had been cut off at the battle of Al-Kulab during the Jahiliyyah, so he wore a nose made of silver, but it began to rot on him, so the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم told him to wear a nose made of gold.” (Hasan)
