حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ عَطَائِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ آکِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوکِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَهُ وَکَاتِبَهُ وَالْوَاشِمَةَ وَالْمُوتَشِمَةَ وَنَهَی عَنْ النَّوْحِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَعَنَ صَاحِبَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5120
It was narrated that from ‘Ata’ bin As-Sa’ib, from Ash-Sha’bi who said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم : cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who pays it, the one who witnesses it and the one who writes it down; the woman who does tattoos and the woman who has that done; and he forbade wailing (in mourning), but he did not say that its doer is cursed.” (Hasan)
