أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ کَهْمَسًا يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ أَحْسَنَ مَا غَيَّرْتُمْ بِهِ الشَّيْبَ الْحِنَّائُ وَالْکَتَمُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5097
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin Buraidah that he heard that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The best things with which you can change gray hair are Henna and Katam.” (Sahih)
