أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ يَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِهِ أَبِي عَنْ غَيْلَانَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَی عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَفْضَلُ مَا غَيَّرْتُمْ بِهِ الشَّمَطَ الْحِنَّائُ وَالْکَتَمُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 5092
It was narrated from Abu Dharr that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The best things with which you can change gray hair are Henna and Katam.” (Sahih)
