أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَائِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَی خَائِنٍ قَطْعٌ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ أَشْعَثُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ضَعِيفٌ

سنن نسائی · Hadith 4991

It was narrated that Jabir said: “The hand of the traitor is not to be cut off.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: Ash’ath bin Sawwar (one of its narrators) is weak.
