أَخْبَرَنَا خَلَّادُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ کَانَ ثَمَنُ الْمِجَنِّ عَلَی عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشْرَةَ دَرَاهِمَ

It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said: “The price of a shield at the time of the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم was ten Dirhams.” (Hasan)
