أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَطَائٍ وَمُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَيْمَنَ قَالَ لَا يُقْطَعُ السَّارِقُ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَمَنِ الْمِجَنِّ

It was narrated that Ayman said: “The (hand of) a thief is not to be cut off for less than the price of a shield.” (Da’if Mawquf)
