أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ تُقْطَعُ الْيَدُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا

سنن نسائی · Hadith 4935

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more.” (Sahih)
