أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَکِيمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَبَسَ رَجُلًا فِي تُهْمَةٍ ثُمَّ خَلَّی سَبِيلَهُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4891
It was narrated from Bahz bin Hakim, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم detained a man who was under suspicion, then he let him go. (Hasan)
