950 - حدثنا محمد بن علي بن داود البغدادي قال ثنا محمد بن عمران بن أبي ليلى قال حدثنا أبي قال حدثنا بن أبي ليلى عن الحكم عن مقسم وسعيد بن جبير عن بن عباس رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أنه قال يوم الخندق ثم ذكر مثله فهذا بن عباس رضي الله عنه عنهما يخبر عن النبي صلى الله عليه و سلم أنها صلاة العصر فكيف يجوز أن يقبل عنه من رأيه ويخالف ذلك
