سنن نسائی · Hadith 2890
It was narrated that ‘Abdullah said: “We were with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم in Al-Khaif, which is in Mina, when the following was revealed: ‘By the winds sent forth one after another.’ A snake came out, and the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘Kill it.’ So they rushed to kill it, but it went back into its hole.” (Sahih)
