أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِکٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَی الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْکَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2835
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “There are five (animals) for which there is no sin on the Muhrim if he kills them: Crows, kites, scorpions, mice and vicious dogs.” (Sahih)
