أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْکَدِرِ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ کُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَنَحْنُ مُحْرِمُونَ فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ فَأَکَلَ بَعْضُنَا وَتَوَرَّعَ بَعْضُنَا فَاسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ فَوَفَّقَ مَنْ أَکَلَهُ وَقَالَ أَکَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2823
It was narrated from Muadh bin ‘Abdur-Rahmán At-Taimi that his father said: “We were with Talhah bin ‘Ubaidullah and we were in I A bird was given to him when he was asleep, and some of us ate from it and others refrained. Talhah woke up and agreed with those who had eaten it, and said: ‘We ate it with the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم (Sahih)
