أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَی بْنُ مَعِينٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْبَرَائِ قَالَ کُنْتُ مَعَ عَلِيٍّ حِينَ أَمَّرَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَی الْيَمَنِ فَأَصَبْتُ مَعَهُ أَوَاقِي فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ وَجَدْتُ فَاطِمَةَ قَدْ نَضَحَتْ الْبَيْتَ بِنَضُوحٍ قَالَ فَتَخَطَّيْتُهُ فَقَالَتْ لِي مَا لَکَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ أَمَرَ أَصْحَابَهُ فَأَحَلُّوا قَالَ قُلْتُ إِنِّي أَهْلَلْتُ بِإِهْلَالِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لِي کَيْفَ صَنَعْتَ قُلْتُ إِنِّي أَهْلَلْتُ بِمَا أَهْلَلْتَ قَالَ فَإِنِّي قَدْ سُقْتُ الْهَدْيَ وَقَرَنْتُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2751
It was narrated that Al-Bara’ said: “I was with ‘Ali when the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم appointed him as goveror of Yemen. When ‘All came to the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ‘Ali said: ‘I found that Fatimah had perfumed the house with perfume.’ He said: ‘I tried to avoid it, and she said to me: What is the matter with you? The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم told his Companions to exit Ii!iram.’ He said: ‘I said: I have entered Ifram for that for which the Prophet entered Ihram.” He said: ‘So I went to the Prophet gf and he said to me: “What did you do?” I said: “I entered Ihram for that for which you entered Ihrarn.” He said: “I have brought the HadI and am performing Qiran.” (Sahih).
