أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ عَطَائٌ قَالَ جَابِرٌ قَدِمَ عَلِيٌّ مِنْ سِعَايَتِهِ فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَا أَهْلَلْتَ يَا عَلِيُّ قَالَ بِمَا أَهَلَّ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فَاهْدِ وَامْکُثْ حَرَامًا کَمَا أَنْتَ قَالَ وَأَهْدَی عَلِيٌّ لَهُ هَدْيًا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2750
Jabir said: “All came from collecting Zakah and the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said to him: ‘For what have you entered Ihrarn, ‘All?’ he said: ‘For that for which the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم entered Ihram.’ He said: ‘Then offer the HadI and remain in Ihram as you are.’ So ‘All offered a HadI.” (Sahih)
