أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَنْبَأَنَا مَنْصُورٌ وَهِشَامٌ عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْعَجْمَائُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّکَازِ الْخُمْسُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2504
It was narrated that Aba Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The injuries caused by the well are without liability, and beasts are without liability, and mines are without liability, and the Khumus is due on Rikaz.” (Sahih)
