حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِکٍ يَقُولُ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ الْعَجْزِ وَالْکَسَلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْهَرَمِ وَأَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَأَعُوذُ بِکَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1540
Anas bin Malik said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from weakness, and laziness, and cowardice, and old age, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trails of the life and death. "
