حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي شُعَيْبٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَی بْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ أُمُّ الْقُرْآنِ وَأُمُّ الْکِتَابِ وَالسَّبْعُ الْمَثَانِي
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1457
Abu Hurairah reported the Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Universe" (1) is the epitome or basis of the Quran, the epitome or basis of the Book, and the seven oft-repeated verses.
