حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْعَتَکِيُّ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ بِمَعْنَاهُ مُرْسَلًا قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد سَمِعْت مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ حُمَيْدٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ يَعْقُوبَ يَقُولُ کُلُّ شَيْئٍ حَدَّثْتُکُمْ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهُوَ مُسْنَدٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1302
Narrated Saeed bin Jubair: This tradition from the Prophet ﷺ without mentioning the name of the Companion in the chain (in the mursal form). Abu dawud said: I heard Muhammad bin Humaid say: I heard Ya'qub say: Anything I narrated to you from Jafar on the authority of Saeed bin Jubair from the Prophet ﷺ is directly coming from Ibn Abbas from the Prophet ﷺ.
