حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَائٌ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَکُنْ عَلَی شَيْئٍ مِنْ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مُعَاهَدَةً مِنْهُ عَلَی الرَّکْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ

سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 1254

Narrated Aishah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was more particular about observing the supererogatory rak'ahs before the dawn prayer than about observing any of the other supererogatory prayers.
