أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَيُّکُمْ کَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ أَوْ نَخْلٌ فَلَا يَبِعْهَا حَتَّی يَعْرِضَهَا عَلَی شَرِيکِهِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4715
It was narrated from Jabir that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “Any one of you who has land, or date palm trees, he should not sell them until he offers them to his partner first.” (Sahih)
