أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ وَعَنْ شَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَاحِدٍ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَکَ وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4646
It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, that his grandfather said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade lending on the condition of a sale, selling what you do not have, and profiting on what you do not possess.” (Sahih)
