أَخْبَرَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ حَتَّی ذَکَرَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَحِلُّ سَلَفٌ وَبَيْعٌ وَلَا شَرْطَانِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَلَا رِبْحُ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4645
‘Arnr bin Shuaib said: “My father told me, narrating from his father, from his father (and he mentioned ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr) that he said: ‘The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “it is not permissible to lend on the condition of a sale, or to stipulate two conditions in one transaction, or to make a profit on that which you do not possess.” (Sahih)
