أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ سَلَفٍ وَبَيْعٍ وَشَرْطَيْنِ فِي بَيْعٍ وَرِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4644
It was narrated from Amr bin Shuaib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم prohibited lending on the condition of a sale, or to have two conditions in one transaction, or to profit from what you do not posses. (Hasan)
