أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مَالِکِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الذَّهَبُ بِالْوَرِقِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ رِبًا إِلَّا هَائَ وَهَائَ

سنن نسائی · Hadith 4573

‘Umar bin Al-Khattab said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘(Exchanging) gold for silver is Ribaunless it is done on the spot. (Exchanging) dates for dates is Ribaunless it is done on the spot. (Exchanging) wheat for wheat is Ribd unless it is done on the spot. (Exchanging) barley for barley is Ribaunless it is done on the spot.” (Sahih)
