أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيکٍ قَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ عَتِيکٌ بِالْکَافِ وَالصَّوَابُ عَتِيقٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ سِنِينَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4546
It was narrated from Jabir that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade selling the harvest for a number of years (in advance). (Sahih).
