أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنْ بِعْتَ مِنْ أَخِيکَ ثَمَرًا فَأَصَابَتْهُ جَائِحَةٌ فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَکَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بِمَ تَأْخُذُ مَالَ أَخِيکَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4542
Jabir said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘If you sell fruits to your brother then the crop fails, it is not permissible for you to take anything from him. Why would you take the wealth of your brother unlawfully?” (Sahih)
