أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ النَّخْلِ حَتَّی يُطْعَمَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4540
It was narrated that Jabir said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade selling the fruit of date palms until they are fit to eat.” (Sahih)
