أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَائٍ وَأَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی عَنْ الْمُخَابَرَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَبَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّی يُطْعَمَ إِلَّا الْعَرَايَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4539
It was narrated from Jabir the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade Mukhabarah, Muzabanah and Muhaqalah and selling fruits until they were fit to eat, except in the case of ‘Araya. (Sahih)
