أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَبِيعُوا الثَّمَرَ حَتَّی يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهُ نَهَی الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4534
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “Do not sell fruits until their condition is known.” And he forbade (both) the seller and the purchaser (to engage in such a transaction). (Sahih)
