سنن نسائی · Hadith 4530
It was narrated that Abu Saeed Al-Khudri said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade two kinds of garments and two kinds of transactions. As for the two kinds of transactions, they are Mulamasah and Munabadhah. Munabadhah is when a man says, ‘I throw this garmeflt and the transaction becomes binding.’ And Mulamasah is when a man touches it with his hand, without spreading it out and checking it, and once he touches it, the transaction becomes binding.” (Sahih)
