أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّی بْنِ بَهْلُولٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ الزُّبَيْدِيِّ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدًا يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ نَهَی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ أَنْ يَتَبَايَعَ الرَّجُلَانِ بِالثَّوْبَيْنِ تَحْتَ اللَّيْلِ يَلْمِسُ کُلُّ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمَا ثَوْبَ صَاحِبِهِ بِيَدِهِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ أَنْ يَنْبِذَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَی الرَّجُلِ الثَّوْبَ وَيَنْبِذَ الْآخَرُ إِلَيْهِ الثَّوْبَ فَيَتَبَايَعَا عَلَی ذَلِکَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4528
Abu Hurairah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade Munabadhah and Mulamasah. Muldmasah is when two men trade garments with each other under cover of night, each man touching the garment of the other with his hand. And Munabadhah is when one man throws a garment to another and the other throws a garment to him, and they trade them with each other in that manner.” (Sahih)
