أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَکَمِ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ کَثِيرِ بْنِ فَرْقَدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَی عَنْ النَّجْشِ وَالتَّلَقِّي وَأَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4512
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم forbade atificially inflating prices, meeting traders on the way, and for a town-dweller to sell for a desert-dweller.” (Sahih)
