أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَکَمِ عَنْ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ اللَّيْثِ عَنْ ابْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ کُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ فَلَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّی يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4491
It was narrated from Ibn Al- Had, from ‘Abdullah bin Dinar, from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar, that he heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: “When two people meet to engage in trade, the transaction between them is not binding until they separate, unless they have chosen to conclude the transaction.” (Sahih)
