أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَقُولَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِلْآخَرِ اخْتَرْ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4484
It was narrated from Ayyub, from Nafi’, from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The two parties to a transaction both…. have the choice so long as ey have not separated or one of says to the other: ‘Decide!” (Sahih)
