أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا أَوْ يَکُونَ خِيَارًا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4481
It was narrated from Yahya, from ‘Ubaidullah who said: “Nafi’ nanated to me from Ibn ‘Umar, that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘The two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, or they have chosen.” (Sahih)
