أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْکِينٍ قِرَائَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِکٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمُتَبَايِعَانِ کُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِالْخِيَارِ عَلَی صَاحِبِهِ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَرِقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4480
It was narrated from Malik, from Nafi’, from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “The two parties to a transaction both have the choice so long as they have not separated, otherwise they have both chosen to conclude the transaction.” (Sahih)
