حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی الصَّنْعَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَوَاللَّهِ لَا أَسْمَعُ بَعْدَهُ أَحَدًا يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الْحَلَالَ بَيِّنٌ وَإِنَّ الْحَرَامَ بَيِّنٌ وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ ذَلِکَ أُمُورًا مُشْتَبِهَاتٍ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ وَإِنَّ بَيْنَ ذَلِکَ أُمُورًا مُشْتَبِهَةً قَالَ وَسَأَضْرِبُ لَکُمْ فِي ذَلِکَ مَثَلًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَمَی حِمًی وَإِنَّ حِمَی اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَا حَرَّمَ وَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَرْتَعُ حَوْلَ الْحِمَی يُوشِکُ أَنْ يُخَالِطَ الْحِمَی وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَرْعَی حَوْلَ الْحِمَی يُوشِکُ أَنْ يُرْتِعَ فِيهِ وَإِنَّ مَنْ يُخَالِطُ الرِّيبَةَ يُوشِکُ أَنْ يَجْسُرَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4468
An-Numan bin Bashir said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: ‘That which is lawful is plain and that which is unlawful is plain, and between them are matters which are not as clear. I will strike a parable for you about that: …indeed Allah, the Mighty and blime, has established a nctuary, and the sanctuary of ah is that which He has rbiddefl. Whoever approaches Le sanctuary is bound to transgress pon it.’ Or he said: ‘Whoever s around the sanctuary will transgress upon it, and indulges in matters that re not clear, he will soon transgress beyond the limits.”
