أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ التَّمِيمِيِّ عَنْ زَهْدَمٍ الْجَرْمِيِّ قَالَ کُنَّا عِنْدَ أَبِي مُوسَی فَقُدِّمَ طَعَامُهُ وَقُدِّمَ فِي طَعَامِهِ لَحْمُ دَجَاجٍ وَفِي الْقَوْمِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَيْمِ اللَّهِ أَحْمَرُ کَأَنَّهُ مَوْلًی فَلَمْ يَدْنُ فَقَالَ لَهُ أَبُو مُوسَی ادْنُ فَإِنِّي قَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْکُلُ مِنْهُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4362
It was narrated that Zahdam Al-Jarmi said: “We were with Abu Musaand his food was brought, including chicken. Among the people there was a man from Banu Taimullah who had a reddish complexion, as if he were a freed slave. He did not come close and Abu Musa said: ‘Come (and eat) for I saw the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم eating it.” (Sahih)
