أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ بَحِيرٍ عَنْ خَالِدٍ عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَحِلُّ النُّهْبَی وَلَا يَحِلُّ مِنْ السِّبَاعِ کُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ وَلَا تَحِلُّ الْمُجَثَّمَةُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4341
It was narrated that Abu Tha’labah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said ‘Wealth taken by force is (not permissible), any predator that has fangs is not permissible, and any animal used for target practice is not permissible.” (Sahih).
