أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيکٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَی عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَرْجِعُوا بَعْدِي کُفَّارًا يَضْرِبُ بَعْضُکُمْ رِقَابَ بَعْضٍ لَا يُؤْخَذُ الرَّجُلُ بِجِنَايَةِ أَبِيهِ وَلَا جِنَايَةِ أَخِيهِ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ مُرْسَلٌ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4141
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘Do not revert to disbelievers after I am gone, striking the necks of one another (killing one another). No man is to be punished for the sins of his father, or for the sins of his brother.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: This is a mistake, and what is correct is that it is Mursal.
