أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَائِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ غَالِبٍ قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ يَا عَمَّارُ أَمَا إِنَّکَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ إِلَّا ثَلَاثَةٌ النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ أَوْ رَجُلٌ زَنَی بَعْدَ مَا أُحْصِنَ وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 4033
It was narrated ‘that Amr bin Ghalib said: Aishah said: 0` Ammar! Do on not know that it not permissible to shed the blood of a Muslim except in three cases: A life for a life. A man who commits adultery after being married.’’’ (Sahih) and he quoted the Hadith.
