أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا النَّضْرُ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ تَوْبَةَ الْعَنْبَرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ قَالَتْ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصِلُ شَعْبَانَ بِرَمَضَانَ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2182
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘Do not fast one or tWo days ahead of the month, Unless that happens to be a day that one of you habitually fasts.”Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: This is a mistake. (Sahih).
