أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي بَحِيرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِ يکَرِبَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَلَيْکُمْ بِغَدَائِ السُّحُورِ فَإِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَدَائُ الْمُبَارَکُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2170
‘Abdullah bin Al-Harith narrated that a man from among the Companions of the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم Said: “I entered upon the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم when he was having SahItr. He Said: ‘It is a blessing that Allah has iven to you, so do not neglect it.” (Sahih)
