أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَی خُرَاسَانِيٌّ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ رَمَضَانُ فُتِحَتْ أَبْوَابُ الرَّحْمَةِ وَغُلِّقَتْ أَبْوَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَسُلْسِلَتْ الشَّيَاطِينُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 2111
It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “There has come to you Ramadan in which the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of the Fire are closed and the devils are chained up.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman said: This narration is a mistake.
