حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَی عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَبِي کَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رُئِيَ عَلَی جَبْهَتِهِ وَعَلَی أَرْنَبَتِهِ أَثَرُ طِينٍ مِنْ صَلَاةٍ صَلَّاهَا بِالنَّاسِ قَالَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَمْ يَقْرَأْهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي الْعَرْضَةِ الرَّابِعَةِ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 911
Abu Saeed al-Khudri said: The mark of earth was seen on the forehead and nose of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who had led the people I prayer. Abu Ali said: Abu Dawud did not recite this tradition when he recited his collection (of sunan) for the fourth time.
