أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ مَالِکٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَعَی لِلنَّاسِ النَّجَاشِيَّ الْيَوْمَ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ بِهِمْ إِلَی الْمُصَلَّی فَصَفَّ بِهِمْ فَصَلَّی عَلَيْهِ وَکَبَّرَ أَرْبَعَ تَکْبِيرَاتٍ

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم announced the death of An Najashi to the people on the day that he died, then he took them OUt to the prayer place and put them in rows and offered the funeral prayer for him, saying the Takbir four times. (Sahih)
