أَخْبَرَنَا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اغْسِلُوا الْمُحْرِمَ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ اللَّذَيْنِ أَحْرَمَ فِيهِمَا وَاغْسِلُوهُ بِمَائٍ وَسِدْرٍ وَکَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْهِ وَلَا تُمِسُّوهُ بِطِيبٍ وَلَا تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُحْرِمًا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1909
It was narrated that Ibn – Abbas said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: ‘Wash the Muirim in the two garments in which he entered Ihram, and wash him with water and lotus leaves, and shroud him in his two garments, and do not put perfume on him nor cover his head, for he will be raised on the Day of Resurrection in Ihram “ (Sahih)
