أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشُّعَيْثِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ بْنِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ صَلَّی أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَأَرْبَعًا بَعْدَهَا لَمْ تَمَسَّهُ النَّارُ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا خَطَأٌ وَالصَّوَابُ حَدِيثُ مَرْوَانَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1822
It was narrated from Umm Habibah that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “Whoever prays four Rak’ahs before Zuhr and four after, the Fire will not touch him.” (Sahih) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman said: This is a mistake, and the correct narration of Marwan is from Saeed bin ‘Abdul-Aziz.
