أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَزْرَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبْزَی عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يُوتِرُ بِسَبِّحْ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الْأَعْلَی وَقُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْکَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ فَإِذَا فَرَغَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ الْمَلِکِ الْقُدُّوسِ أَرْسَلَهُ هِشَامٌ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 1759
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Abza from his father that the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم used to recite in Witr: ‘Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High;’ and: ‘Say: you disbelievers!;’ and: ‘Say: He is Allah, (the) 0ne.’ And when he finished he said: Subhanal Malikil-Quddi s (Glory be to the Sovereign, the Most Holy). (Sahih) Hisham narrated it in Mursal form.
